1. How long is the course?
   Lifetime access to the course, however, you will only have access to the live classes and the replays for 6 months. Afterward, you can pay to continue to have access to the live classes and replays.
2. Does this course come with all of the contracts that I need to start the business?
   Yes, it comes with lots of templates that you can edit. It includes the 7 core legal contracts that you need for this business, org charts, policies, etc. If you’re in the clinical healthcare industry, all documents are Joint Commission ready for you.
3. How much more money do I need to set up and start this business?
   You can start this business with a BARE MINIMUM of $5,000 (beyond the cost of this course). You won’t spend all of the funds immediately, but over the course of 90 days, you will spend (at minimum) $5,000. If you prefer outsourcing certain tasks or have specific preferences, you will need more than $5,000.
4. Do you help me find contracts/clients?
   No. Not in this course. This is a basic foundational setup course. Most people think they are set up, but they are not, which can lead to struggles with acquiring contracts or facing fines (we’ve seen fines as high as $987,000). You don’t want that. This is the first course you should take to ensure your business is set up correctly and compliant.
5. Will this course help me get compliant?
   Yes. Compliance involves multiple layers: legal, web, organizational design, technology, policies, and more. We will ensure you’re set up correctly the first time.
6. What type of support do you provide?
   That’s a great question! We offer several layers of support. You’ll start with an onboarding call after signing up. You can also attend the weekly live class every Monday at 11am EST/8am PST. If you miss a live class, the replays are uploaded within 72 hours.
7. What’s the process once I make the purchase?
   After purchasing, you’ll be redirected to your account, and you’ll receive an emailed receipt with access to the course on ReSkillify.com. You will also get a personal Welcome email from Dee Williams. Attend onboarding on Monday at 10am EST/7am PST, followed by your first class at 11am EST. Complete the assignments and checklist, show up to class weekly, and connect with the community through your ReSkillify portal.
8. What is your refund policy?

11. Does Dee teach the live classes?
    Yes, Dee Williams is the ONLY instructor for the live classes. Every Monday, she teaches each session personally. Occasionally, she may bring in a guest expert, but Dee leads and instructs every class.
